   It always amazes me how people don't take precautions.  Tonight walking through   
   Cambridge on a dark rainy night I saw two bike riders riding through traffic -   
   with no lights, dark clothes and no helmets.  This is so common. And of course   
   not only are they endangering themselves but they are putting drivers at risk   
   for inadvertently hitting them.
