   . . . and I'll tell you why I was thinking of CN-IC Joliet. With a quick   
   goog, I found a news article on Amtrak's complaint with STB versus CN   
   that particularly blamed them for problems on that line and the main line.   
   That was 2012. The filing said STB would monitor the situation, but   
   nothing came of it. There was probably another complaint in 2010.
