   John, what would be the procedure you would follow if you climbed on board   
   a train that had both hand brakes and automatic brakes set, and had been   
   sitting unattended for a while? Would you release the train brakes and   
   re-apply them before knocking off the hand brakes? Or do you assume that   
   the train brakes are still holding the train, and immediately start   
   knocking off hand brakes?
