   In most cases, it's tough to put an airport downtown, unlike a rail   
   station.  That's the root of why conky hates downtown: he hates rail, so   
   he must automatically hate anything rail is good at.   
      
   Of course, that doesn't mean rail could _only_ stop downtown; one of the   
   inherent modal advantages of rail is that it can stop in multiple places   
   at negligible additional cost, meaning it can serve downtown _and_ all   
   of the suburbs, whereas airports only serve one suburb.
