   My guess would be that the characteristics of the crude when investigators   
   could finally reach the derailment and crash site would be different than   
   when the tank cars were being filled at the wellhead. A portion of dissolved   
   gases would not have remained during transport. Are these tank cars so   
   sealed that the gases haven't escaped? You said they were pressurized.   
      
   If there's less dissolved gas at the moment of testing the crude, isn't   
   the flash point a little higher than when the tank cars were filled?
