   Well, it's wrong for Phila.  The airport train trip is faster than a   
   taxi--taxi can get stuck in horrendous traffic jams.  Further, the trains   
   connect to the entire suburban and rapid-transit network.  Taking a taxi out   
   to the suburbs is horrendously    
   expensive, may be slow, too, depending on traffic.
