   JFK was "rejected from his party" bigtime back in 1963.

   Did they really though? I'm from this area originally (Binghamton) and it's   
   always been peachy here. The governor is trying to ruin it but I think all the   
   blame is being reflected directly back at her. For example: prioritization of   
   Paxlovid "for non-whites first" doesn't make me angry with non-whites, but it   
   just makes me angry with the governor and her minions. Plus I'm confident that   
   there are thousands of black NYers holding it against her if any of their   
   caucasian loved ones died during the era of that gimmick (we're a very mixed   
   kind of region.)

   Are Sens Scott& Moody any good? IIRC they both voted to keep the government   
   shut down recently. But I know, good or bad, we still need to contact them   
   because we don't then we are partly to blame.
