   That's part of it. I noticed that the city doesn't have the big plow trucks   
   that plow the state and county roads, but instead they have some guy with a   
   pickup truck plowing streets like mine.   
      
   Deals with local contractors instead of using county equipment and county   
   employees, hmm...
