   They don't...  Alberta have lineups a mile long to petition the government to   
   become an independent state.  The country is on the verge of collapse.    
   Grassroots bottom up approach and it seems to be working.  Lineups are full   
   off people of all ages, young crowd want better lives for their kids... and so   
   on.
