   What's being reported is that a lot of Somalis have been planted into the   
   country to defraud the system and send the money back to Somali and other   
   places in the Middle East.   
      
   It's not just Minnesota they are finding it in other places... Columbus Ohio   
   and California to mention a few places.   
      
   This is deep deep and sick.
