   Alex, sorry it's true.  Congress has not voted to give ANY President since   
   WWII the Congressional Approval to go to war since Pearl Harbor.

   BTW, Bill Barr Trump's old AG, was on the news this talking about how he got   
   the indictments in NY just before he left in 2020.  This was a standard   
   indictment from a Grand Jury.   
      
   Bill talked about the similarities between the Venezuela Dad (VD) and that of   
   Manuel Antonio Noriega or the Panama Dad (PD).  If you don't recall the US   
   Military went to Panama and arrested PD and brought him back to stand trial.   
      
   He served 17 years  of a 40 year conviction.  He was later extradited back to   
   Panama to face charges there and from France.   
      
   He later died in Panama shortly after leaving the US.     
      
   4 Navy SEALS died trying to extract him.   
      
   Bill said... It doesn't matter how the US got VD to court.   
      
   VD might claim he has immunity because he thinks he's the President or   
   Venezuela.  The world has evidence he isn't.   
      
   Meanwhile... The people of Venezuela are celebrating his capture.

   The Civil War was fought without Congressional Approval... The Supreme Court   
   chimed in and Abe went and fought a good fight to free slaves.
