If it wasn't for that        IJ> Hallmark Supreme Court decision. Abe Lincoln would not have been riled        IJ> up enough to into politics and run for office.              The Republican Party was started as an anti-slavery party, so that would make       sense.              Which would mean that the Dems are the pro-slavery party, which also makes       sense.               IJ> Ron, I need some latitude to explain some of my thinking here, please!              You missed a few things.              1. Blacks were elected to gov't office - but all were Republican.       2. We need to understand that there are 2 "classes" of blacks: a) The       productive ones that adopted european values. They lived in the North for a       long time. b) The animalistic ones that adopted the white-trash southern       culture.       3. Blacks in the north had spend decades/generations proving themselves as       upstanding people - and were successful.       4. But the Dems pushed the trashy ones up from the South into those Northern       areas to erode, and later, reverse much of the Northern black's progress.              At some point here, and I'll have to refer back to a Thomas Sowell book, the       Dems created the Welfare state and, for the first time since the Civil War,       blacks started voting Democrat. Up until then, they knew which party freed       them and what party wanted to enslave them. But the need for free stuff       overrode that.               IJ> In the mid 60s they passed laws allowing for redistricting        IJ> (constitutional) BUT (and a big one) the democrats argued that blacks        IJ> would run for office and the white Democrats wouldn't vote for them...        IJ> so... Gerrymandering became the focus for the Democrats.              What happened was that the southern trash blacks caused a polarization of       neighborhoods. Ex: Harlem in NYC.              So the areas of Democrat sheep were small and localized. And productive blacks       and whites wanted to keep them out of their neighborhoods.              Just take a look at the "heat map" of the 2024 election (heck, just about every       election). The "blue" areas were only around big cities while 90% of the       country was Republican.              The only way for Dems to scam more power was to Gerrymander - but that had been       going on for a long, long time.               IJ> LBJ, said during his presidency that he'll have the N-Word people        IJ> voting Democrat for the next 200 years. It was what I mention above        IJ> and a bunch of other things that helped make that possible.              Oh, ya, that was their plan.               IJ> I argue the jig is up.              The jig was up a while ago. That's why the Dems needed to import their voters.               IJ> Historically the Democrats twist and turn things that are        IJ> constitutional and do whatever it takes to exploit the system to gain        IJ> power.              "Rules for thee, but not for me."               IJ> They are sick and do not give a sh!t about anybody at all.              Yup. That's why I call them "Elitists". They believe that they are above       everyone else and everyone else is just a bug to be stepped on to get what they       want.               IJ> Apparently Blacks are monolithic voters and vote for Democrats only...        IJ> I said that sarcastically!!!              That's part of the Dems' problem. They treat the country as groups of       hive-minded people, not as individuals.               IJ> Today the courts have seen the Democrats working their magic buy        IJ> squeezing TF out of things to gain power. Its sick how they do this.        IJ> They don't care about their constituents and they openly hate the        IJ> country and want to see it fail.              As you've pointed out above, they don't care about anyone but themselves.              IHMO: This is becomming very appearant to everyone. Only the ones who's hair       dye has soaked in to their brain can't see it. That's why the Dem approval is       below 20% today.               IJ> Having said that... We know what the constitution says about        IJ> elections... I say that congress can add some oversight and regulations        IJ> to the mix.              The Constitution clearly states that the States get to set their own local       rules. So this isn't an interpretation.              About all the Fed can do is declare that the election was fraudlent and refuse       to seat the reps from those states.              I know. Its frustrating. I would love to see the Feds walk in to my SoS's       office and cart her off for election fraud. But it's outside of their       jurisdiction right now.               IJ> Voter roles need to be cleaned up, dead people, illegals and people who        IJ> have moved out of the area need to be deleted from the rolls.              The Feds are doing this right now. 16 lawsuits in Federal Court over this.               IJ> Voter ID and proof that you are a citizen.              I think they can force this because the Constitution already says that only       citizens can vote.       But many states allow illegals to have ID, so voter ID may not be adequate.               IJ> This is important... If there is a challenge it needs to be dealt with        IJ> publicly and thoroughly so that "The People" are satisfied that the        IJ> Democrats haven't found an other way to squeeze the F*ck out of the        IJ> system.              But they've done so good over the decades of avoiding that. Like throwing Tina       Peters in prison.               IJ> If your state is messed up you can move. I know Michigan is not as bad        IJ> as New York... BUT if it falls you can move.              But movement isn't a guarantee that the state you move to will become       enshittified later when moving isn't an option.               IJ> The Democrats take a beautiful and well thought out document like the        IJ> Constitution. The founding fathers had no way to predict what the        IJ> Democrats would do to the system.              No. Otherwise there would have been an amendment to shoot them on sight.                     ... Well, to be frank, I'd have to change my name.       ___ MultiMail/Linux v0.52              --- Mystic BBS/QWK v1.12 A47 2021/12/25 (Windows/32)        * Origin: cold fusion - cfbbs.net - grand rapids, mi (1:120/616)       SEEN-BY: 103/705 104/119 105/81 106/201 114/10 120/616 124/5016 128/187       SEEN-BY: 129/14 305 153/757 7715 154/10 30 50 110 700 203/0 218/700       SEEN-BY: 220/20 30 90 221/0 6 226/18 30 44 50 227/114 229/110 112       SEEN-BY: 229/134 206 300 307 310 317 400 426 428 470 700 705 240/1120       SEEN-BY: 240/5832 263/1 266/512 280/464 5003 5006 291/111 292/854       SEEN-BY: 292/8125 301/1 310/31 320/219 322/757 341/66 234 342/200       SEEN-BY: 396/45 423/120 460/58 633/280 712/848 770/1 902/26 2320/105       SEEN-BY: 3634/12 5020/400 5075/35       PATH: 120/616 154/10 280/464 292/854 229/426           |
