The process ended up win me       taking an Oath to the Country and Constitution.              Administrations argue, ALL have since they implemented the 14th Amendment,       that Embassy workers have allegiance to their country and not the US so their       children do not have US citizenship because they were born in the US.              This is why the Embassy employee's child had their citizenship revoked after       70 years.              The 14th Amendment came after the heels of the Civil war and the Law Makers       wanted to make sure the Slaves, ANY, blacks and enslaved Chinese were entitled       to citizenship.              I argued before that Trump used the Embassy child's case to prove that no all       babies born in the US get citizenship.              So, if you sneak into the country, and have not formally gone through the       process... You need to swear allegiance to the constitution and the country.              Trump argues that climbing a fence and popping a squat to have a child does       not make your child a citizen.               RL>         RL> But we could get surprised.
