TID: Mystic BBS 1.12 A49       MSGID: 1:342/201 17db78c6       REPLY: 1:120/616 0edbdeb0       TZUTC: -0800       On 30 Nov 2025, Ron L. said the following...               RL>         RL> Which is how Birthright Citizenship was intended.        RL>               I saw something today that left me scratching my head. Now this is a new       video, new in that it was posted 9 days ago, in around the time Congressperson       Omar was told she might get sent back home.                     What I learned....              There are 2 types of citizens... Constitutional and Statutory.               Constitutional ones are the Amendment 14 ones. Born in the US or Naturalized.                     As I have said in the past I naturalized in the US so I am a constitutional       citizen.              THE VIDEO said that Government cannot remove my citizenship for any reason,       because I am a Constitutional Citizen.              I am skeptical here... BECAUSE, if I lied or gained my citizenship through       fraud why would anyone want to block the government from removing fraudulent       citizens...               So, what is statutory citizens.... Welp, that's my daughter... She's not a       citizen through the 14th Amendment... She was given hers through me...       Congress made that law.              So, she is more susceptible to loosing her citizenship... For her to be a       citizen she had to have 1 parent as a citizen, me, and that I had to live in       the US at least 5 years after the age of 14.              So they say... Congress can change laws at any point... so there maybe a day       that law changes.              I would argue that if you lied or were fraudulent during your naturalization       process that your citizenship should be called into question.              There has to be a reason they ask you to swear and affirm things... It must       mean something.              So, I think if you marry your brother for citizenship purposes... and or talk       sh!t about the country that gave you that citizenship you SHOULD be stripped       of it.              There is no way the US, being a country of laws, will permit Congressperson       Omar to keep her Constitutional Citizenship if she's guilty of fraud and       whatnot.              IB Joe, Pronouns (FJB/LGB)        AKA Joe Schweier       SysOp of 4A 6F 65 73 42 42 53        -=JoesBBS.com=-              ...
