   Federal judges, including those on the Supreme Court, Courts of Appeals, and   
   District Courts, are appointed for life under Article III of the U.S.   
   Constitution. However, they can be removed through:   
      
   Impeachment by Congress: This is the only method for removing federal judges.   
   The process involves:   
      
   The House of Representatives must first pass articles of impeachment by a   
   simple majority vote. This is similar to an indictment in criminal law.   
      
   The Senate then conducts a trial. A two-thirds majority vote is required to   
   convict and remove the judge from office.   
      
   Impeachment is rare; only 15 federal judges have been impeached, and 8 have   
   been convicted and removed as of 2023.

   There is a judge right now that they are talking about impeaching and there   
   will not be 2/3rds vote in the Senate.  Even if they caught him red handed   
   screwing a minor... The Democrats don't care about what's right or wrong they   
   just care about power.   
      
   If this is the only remedy were are screwed.   
      
   A new amendment to the constitution??   
   Pass some kind of 3 strikes law whereby if you get caught 3 times doing   
   something Soooooooooooooooo stupid you go.   
      
   A law where judges have to have a law license.
