   Yup.  But the old Democrats knew that they needed to strike a balance.  Create   
   some problems.  Then create some solutions to "fix" those problems - but really   
   it was to "contain" those problems.  If they let the problems grow, people will   
   quickly realize that they aren't fixing them and elect someone else.   
      
   The new Democrats...er... Socialists just break stuff and tell you that they   
   are going to fix them using Socialism - which has never fixed anything in   
   history.
