   Based on what I've read, it seems that Winsome "campaigned" on the wake of   
   Youngkin and really didn't do much to get "the word out".   
      
   Guessing: Less people voted for her because they simply didn't know what she   
   stood for and couldn't assume that she would just continue Youngkin's policies.
