   The current (outgoing) Governor Youngkin seems great. So at some point I (and   
   probably others too) thought "Youngkin is so great that the Lt Governor must   
   be great too." But in reality it's 2 separate elections; the Lt Governor has   
   nothing to do with the actual Governor.
