   10th Amendment... Are you kidding me... We'd loose about 3/4s of the laws   
   passed.   
      
   Most of the problems the west has, well I mean other than Liberalism, is the   
   slow drip drip drip of us giving away our rights.  Like frogs slowly boiling   
   to death in a pot of water on the stove.   
      
   Democrats know that we know and they tried to import voters who them into   
   power because Americans were catching on.

   @RonL, I know a DACA, I have talked about her a few times here.  Her mother is   
   legal now... she also has 2 brothers... 1 is now a citizen now and the other   
   is now legal.   
      
   She was ~ 4 YO when  her parents took her to the US.  I see her issue, all   
   she's ever really known is the US and now she's almost 30.   
      
   If ICE kicks down her door and deports her so be it... But I do think they   
   should work on a solution.   
      
   I have talked about this in the past... and there should be something similar   
   as a US solution.   
      
   Lets review...   
      
   You know I have a young daughter, she's 15.  She holds 3 passports.  She was   
   born in the Dominican Republic (Passport 1). Because I'm the Baby Daddy and   
   I'm a dual citizen of the US and Canada she received 2 more passports. #2 was   
   Canada and then the US came in at #3.   
      
   Here's the point I  want to make.  In 2009 Canada made some changes to their   
   Citizenship laws... and it is this... If you are born outside of Canada to at   
   least 1 Canadian parent.  You can be a citizen but your (My Daughter) Canadian   
   Citizenship is not passed down to her children by birthright.  Amanda's   
   children will have to be born in Canada to be Canadian.   
      
   So, if she has children while in the US, they won't be Canadian, she'll have   
   to file for them to immigrate to Canada...  Unlike her other 2 citizenships   
   they both carry birthright because of her status.   
      
   So... and here we go... I'll try to tie this up into a nice bow!!!   
      
   Why can't their be some laws where some of these people, like DACA, become   
   citizens but they can't act like an anchor thus allowing them to bring in   
   their parents or whatever.   
      
   I don't know exactly the wording of the law, but its simple... There must be a   
   way to help kids that were brought in when they were young and not reward   
   their law breaking parents.
