   The best thing is just to go back to what we had before these programs.   
      
   Charitable organization, taking charity (taxes are NEVER charity) from people   
   and helping those actually in need.  We didn't need $ billions for that.   
      
   But I'll point out that all the food stamps, SNAP, etc. programs are not there   
   to help people.  They are there to CONTROL people.
