   Chuck Schumer says "Trump's not even in the country while we're dealing with   
   this shutdown."   
      
   The White House isn't shut down; the president is still in charge, and there   
   is serious business in Asia that needs to be discussed. Thank God for Trump   
   and that he's over there making deals on our behalf.   
      
   Chuck Schumer, and everyone else, need to realize something: There's no such   
   thing as "the minority leader." That's like saying "The official spokesperson
