   Why Gilbert Gotfried and not Eddy Murphy?   
      
   Why Bob Saget and not John Stamos?   
      
   And why such mysterious circumstances for many of these people?   
      
   Ace Frehley "fell," just like Bob Saget. Are they picking off the celebrities
