   My point is that, over time, we have replaced the real experts in gov't with   
   pseudo-experts that have no real knowledge.  Sort of like the person who   
   decides on the housing regulations not having any knowledge about building a   
   house.   
      
   They are in those positions not because they are good at the job but because   
   they will do what their masters say.
