   Again... Immigration falls under Article 2 of the Constitution... The   
   Presidency... not Article 3...   
      
   You visas and or Green Cards are handed out though the Sectary of State...   
   There is an Article 2 court system setup for these people... BTW, Congress set   
   things up this way to keep the politics out of things...   
      
   You stay in the US is not a RIGHT and you are in the US subject to the   
   President, or more so by the Secretary of State.  That's it... If your in the   
   US on a VISA or Green Card... Don't piss people off...   
      
   Let's look at the Maryland Dad....   
      
   An Article 2 judge found him Deportable... <---- Due Process phase 1 ... That   
   same man appealed that and that Judge said he was deportable... But not to his   
   home country because of fears he might be targeted by fellow gang members.   
   <---- Due Process phase 2.   
      
   He was later found to have beat his wife on 2 different occasions... found   
   guilty of that in an Article 3 system... If you don't know visa and or Green   
   Card stays are subject to you not breaking the law... <--- Do Process phase 3   
      
   He was recently seen again, he wanted to seek asylum and it wasn't granted...   
   because you have top do so before 1 year of being in the US... <--- Phase  4   
   or 5 or whatever.... It was clarified at this hearing that he will be deported   
   to some other country.   
      
   If you try to enter the US and you're unwanted they can stop you...  You DO   
   NOT have a right to be here.   
      
   If Maryland Dad hasn't left yet he will be soon...   
      
   Recall Ahmed (Whatever his names was)... The guy with a Green Card who was   
   causing all the problems at Columbia University with all that Free Palestine   
   business... Article 2 Judge said you have to go!!!     
      
   My warning to anyone with a Visa and or Green Card in the US... follow the   
   laws because the threshold for you being able to keep those are low...   
      
   And if you entered the country Illegally you might be subject to   
   Deportation... Article 2 Judges use the FA FO rules to your Stay.   
      
   Trump is after the bad ones first... but if you are here illegally you might   
   get deported.
