   The best way to fix this is:   
   1. Get your state reps to pass a "School of Choice" law so that the tax dollars   
   follow the kid to whatever school he goes to.   
   2. Now that you get tax dollars for your kid, you can get your kid out of the   
   public schools and into something else.   
   3. Watch the Left cry as their failed schools crumble.
