They have to deport a certain number of people, and       they repeatedly fail to meet their quota.              So when a MAGA candidate pointed out the 475 aliens she considered illegal,       ICE didn't hesitate.              Most of those people were handcuffed at the factory and were taken away with       shackles on their arms and legs and put on a plane to South Korea.              That'll teach them a lesson, those damned aliens!              But... the South Korean president called the US president. And now it's       getting juicy.              The American translation of that conversation mentions nothing in the       transcript about the factory or the treatment of the workers.              The South Korean translation only mentions the shameful treatment and includes       the threat to the US that ALL South Korean companies will close their       factories in the US and halt all investments if a stunt like this happens       again.              Trump subsequently signed an executive order directing ICE to leave Hyundai       alone.              ICE has since taken down all the success stories it had posted about this       action.              The blonde MAGA bimbo who caused this mess has been vilified online.              This whole affair clearly demonstrates how incompetent the entire US       government has become under Trump.              Quick successes, no policy, and above all, a complete lack of understanding of       international relations and economics.              It's just a matter of time before the next scandal... (and before the article       was even finished, I found it... A Mexican was shot dead during an ICE       checkpoint... Mexico is questioning this.)               .       --- SBBSecho 3.29-Linux        * Origin: End Of The Line BBS - endofthelinebbs.com (1:124/5016)       SEEN-BY: 103/705 105/81 106/201 124/0 5016 128/187 129/14 305 153/757       SEEN-BY: 153/7715 154/10 30 110 203/0 218/700 221/0 226/30 227/114       SEEN-BY: 229/110 206 300 307 317 400 426 428 470 700 705 240/1120       SEEN-BY: 240/5832 263/1 266/512 280/464 5003 5006 291/111 292/854       SEEN-BY: 292/8125 301/1 310/31 320/219 322/757 341/66 234 342/200       SEEN-BY: 396/45 423/120 460/58 256 1124 467/888 633/280 712/848 770/1       SEEN-BY: 902/26 5020/400 5054/30 5075/35       PATH: 124/5016 280/464 460/58 229/426           |
