    Oops!  turns out this is right-on-right crime.  Charlie Kirk wasn't   
   "conservative enough" for the cowardly dipshit that shot him.   
      
      
      
    I have my issues with Kirk.  He didn't "debate" (I've seen fewer logical   
   fallacies in debates with people who think the earth is flat), he just walked   
   around being a smug jackass speaking in soundbytes that would garner him   
   attention.  Such as the one that's going around:  "I think it's worth it. I   
   think it's worth to have a cost of, unfortunately, some gun deaths every   
   single year so that we can have the Second Amendment to protect our other   
   God-given rights."   
      
   and the other one that's come up: "I can't stand the word empathy, actually. I   
   think empathy is a made-up, new-age term that does a lot of damage."   
      
      
   I disagree that he was a "good Christian".  Jesus said "So whatever you wish   
   that others would do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the   
   Prophets." (Matthew 7:12)  Unless he had some kind of submissive kink, where   
   he enjoyed others treating him less than human for how he lived, he did not   
   follow that golden rule.   
      
      
   All that said, he DID NOT deserve to be murdered. No one deserves to have   
   their life forcefully taken from them by another person.   
      
      
   I won't shed any tears over his loss,  but I can and will be upset about HOW   
   he died.
