   No they weren't here legally or they would not have been deported.  All the   
   HB1 visas were expired and considered over-stay.   
      
   People in the US legally and doing lawful things don't get deported.   
      
   Korea corrected everything by taking their citizens back... Hyundai   
   pinky-swore not to do this again.   
      
   BTW, my Step-son was in the US the other day... Canadian and Dominican   
   Citizen... HB2 visa... and he didn't get deported because he was their   
   lawfully and doing lawful things.   
      
   BTW, HB2 visas are visitor visas and they shouldn't be working.
