The major non-EU       countries are now meeting in Beijing, and with that, Xi is outshining Trump.              Xi is now becoming the leader of the world, and Trump is starting to become       irrelevant.              How long will it be until EU leaders also stand at the gates of Beijing,       requesting a conversation with Xi?              The mess Trump is making of diplomacy is a boon for Xi.              I am therefore very concerned about how much worse Trump can make the disaster       in the next three years.              India was ready to come to the Western camp. Trump completely ruined it. India       is now seeking rapprochement with a China that it not only fears but also has       a border conflict with.              Russia is now an accepted negotiating partner because the US is no longer.              For independent countries, it's clear that the US and Russia are both bad       countries. So China has now become acceptable, and the EU doesn't matter. The       EU is the lapdog of the US and completely irrelevant on a global level.              It is shocking to see how quickly the West has effectively become the pariah       due to Trump's import tariffs and the EU's weakness.              The EU should have approached ALL countries with the message that we would       stand together against the US regarding the import tariffs.              The EU didn't do that. The EU was almost the first to kiss Trump's ring. In       doing so, it made itself look ridiculous and is no longer a negotiating       partner for independent countries in the world. The EU is merely a US vassal.               .       --- SBBSecho 3.29-Linux        * Origin: End Of The Line BBS - endofthelinebbs.com (1:124/5016)       SEEN-BY: 19/25 33 38 105/81 106/201 987 124/0 5016 128/187 129/14       SEEN-BY: 129/305 130/330 153/7715 154/110 218/700 226/30 227/114 229/110       SEEN-BY: 229/206 300 307 317 400 426 428 470 700 705 266/512 280/464       SEEN-BY: 291/111 292/854 320/219 322/757 342/200 387/18 25 396/45       SEEN-BY: 460/58 633/280 712/848 902/26 5075/35       PATH: 124/5016 396/45 229/426           |
