   I understand, and I see it that way too. But that's what I meant by they   
   needed to "stir the pot." They needed to create more problems that they could   
   mandate "solutions" for.

   I didn't see it like that here, but I did see Democrats (Cuomo most recently)   
   closing mental institutions with more homeless and more crime; I don't believe   
   that they're going to jail though, because jail has been cancelled in my state   
   for most people.

   This is going to be another one of those "ultimate tests of intelligence."   
   We're going to see who thinks it's perfectly natural for public schools to   
   administer mental health services.
