   Federal Appeals Court has deemed a lot of Trump's Tarrifs unconstitutional, as   
   only congress has the authority to impose tarrifs...  So a supreme court case   
   will be forthcoming.   
      
   So three ways this can go.   
      
   Supreme Court upholds the tarrifs.   
   Supreme Court strikes the tarrifs down.   
   Supreme Court strikes the tarrifs down, and Trump pushes congress to enact the   
   same tarrifs.   
      
   It sure would do the market good if they were struck down, and they just go   
   away though.   
      
   We shall see...
