   I don't understand what businesses have to gain by operating in NYC in the   
   first place. Property is too expensive there.   
      
   There's something fishy about all the media focus on Mamdani. It creates a   
   faulty narrative that "Even Andrew Cuomo or Eric Adams would make a better   
   mayor than Mamdani." But to me one is just as bad as the other.   
      
   Now would be the perfect time for the GOP to produce a strong candidate, but   
   of course they're not doing that.
