   That's pretty much already happened.   
      
   The scamdemic had employees working from home.  The companies saw that they got   
   the same amount of work done while having happier employees.  So they let their   
   office leases lapse and there's a glut of empty office buildings.   
      
   Many companies did keep a small "main office" around though.  But an increase   
   in taxes and higher crime will drive what little's left out of the city.
