   I'm not sure if NYC will survive.  I think there will be a mas exodus of   
   company head quarters and other wealthy tax payers leave the city.  The commie   
   mayor said white neighborhoods and white people need to pay more taxes.   
      
   There won't be the money needed to run the city, never mind keep his promises.
