   HAHAHA... Some time  ago I obtained a securities license in the US, Series 7,   
   among other classifications.   
      
   I once did a course on the laws of security trading so that I could sell   
   securities in all 50 States and I was in AWE with how people used securities   
   to break laws.   
      
   Every time I read something I was amazed at how they thought some of these   
   schemes up... I knew if it was a law someone tried something and congress and   
   or regulators had to fix things.
