   And that's probably another reason.   
      
   I used to always think that Microsoft was evil.  They take a standard, warp it   
   to make it easy for Windows (but no one else), then push it as the new   
   "standard".   
      
   But then I realized that they were staffed by incompetent Indians who simply   
   could not understand the standard.  So they did their best, and Microsoft just   
   used their "might" to push their (poor) implementation as "standard".   
      
   So now I think that they are incompetent AND evil.
