   The Elitists have a lot stashed away.   
      
   But the purpose of the NGOs was to funnel (i.e. launder) tax dollars.  They had   
   no incentive to hang on to some of it.  They were probably told to never hang   
   on to any of it and dispurse it as quickly as possible.   
      
   Now, the end receivers may have it stashed away.  But it will take lots of DOGE   
   time to untangle that web of shell companies, etc.
