   Funny AF... I was listening to a lawyer talking today, I usually listen to him   
   about 2nd amendment stuff, but he did opine on this exact topic.   
      
   He did say that Obama could escape some of these charges by saying his Birth   
   Certificate from Hawaii was fake.  Obama is still a citizen just not a   
   "Naturally Born" Citizen.

   I have a daughter who born after I became a citizen and she was not born in   
   the US.  When she was born I applied for a "Consular Report of Birth Abroad"   
   AKA CRBA.   
      
   This looks like a birth certificate... It's the document that says she's a   
   citizen and its the one we use to get her passports and whatnot.   
      
   I'm not sure why Barry didn't have a CRBA for his birth in Kenya... If his   
   mother was a US citizen, all you need is 1 US parent, and his daddy was a   
   deadbeat father from Kenya.   
      
   If this is the case... Like my daughter who isn't a "Naturally Born Citizen"   
   based on the Constitution's meaning.  My daughter, though a US citizen, cannot   
   be president... I would argue that Barry could not be one either.   
      
   I often wondered why he didn't have this document, CRBA, and came to the   
   conclusion that he wasn't even slightly a US citizen... at all...

   There was a great example of this during the Obama Administration... Do you   
   recall the time that Obama sent a drone to kill a US citizen in Yemen... He   
   was a radical Muslim, the head of this group.  And Obama had him killed.   
      
   No Due Process, just his signature, and he was killed.   
      
   This would have been a great argument to hear...  Can a president kill a US   
   citizen without due process??  There are arguments to support this... I'm just   
   a President doing Presidential things.     
      
   I am not saying these are valid, but rather there is room here to make them.   
      
   If Barry wanted to start robbing banks while he was the President immunity   
   would not be given to him... It's like a Judge has a similar immunity, while   
   conducting official business, is not covered if you sneak an Illegal Alien out   
   the back door to escape being arrested by ICE.   
      
   Barry had an "Argument" with killing a citizen without giving him his due   
   process whereas he does not have this argument when he was conspiring to   
   circumvent the will of the people with this treasonous conspiracy.
