   There's something fishy about a recent law that was passed (by Democrats) that   
   makes robo-calls illegal. I used to get a lot of those calls, but they stopped   
   after the law was passed. So now the scammers are using public records to make   
   custom scam mail that they send to elderly people through USPS.   
      
   "Dear **Mr Thomas** The interest rate on your loan through **PNC BANK** will   
   increase in 5 days unless you call the number listed below."   
      
   Here's what makes me so suspicious about this: Why did the scammers stop   
   calling people? Just because Democrats passed a law? Who cares about the law   
   when you're a scammer? It doesn't add up.
