   You can't always count on presidents to release things, unless you're counting   
   on Joe Biden to release Russian arms dealer Viktor Bout in exchange for an   
   American criminal who took drugs into Russia illegally.

   That's the speculative part of the story that's been floating around for quite   
   some time. I wish Biden's DOJ would have released the Epstein files, but they   
   too kept them out of our view.
