   Trust me Epsteins pilots were not private pilots, nor were they operating   
   their flights under a Part61.   
      
   At the very least the pilots must hold a commercial pilots certificate and   
   were operting under Part 135, "Commuter, or ON-DEMAND), which does require   
   crew/passenger/cargo manefests.
