   I appreciate that explanation, but I'm still wondering: how was the list   
   assembled and why?   
      
   I don't keep a list of people who visit my home, but if I did, what can I   
   prove with it? I'm a convicted drunk driver, so does that mean that the list   
   of people who came to my house are suspected coconspirators of my crime?   
      
   The media gives us too few details of the significance of the list.
