   Given the fact that the administration didn't start saying the list never   
   existed until Elon Musk made the statement that Trump's name was on list.  I   
   think it IS highly probable that it isn't just an illusion.   
      
   Knowing that most criminal enterprises do in fact keep maticulous records   
   (escpecially if it can be use for leverage against rich / powerful people), I   
   would find it more difficult to believe the list doesn't exist.
