   The administrations utter lack of knowledge about world history (Commenting on   
   the President of Libera's great English and asking if he was educated.).  You   
   would think someone on his staff would have briefed him on the History of   
   Liberia.  That it was setup as a colonly to resetle freed slave in the 1920,   
   and was looked at as an option during reconstruction.  Which ultimately lead   
   to birthright citizenship in the 14th amendment, that Trump seem to be
