   I did a little test.   
      
   [1] I converted a particular echo to JAM, in Apoint.   
   [2] I loaded SemPoint and pointed it to those sets of files. SemPoint     
   listed all 100+ message quite fine. :)  Immediately, I thought WOW.. I can     
   use SemPoint as my new editor!   
   [3] I created a new message in the area with SemPoint.  It listed fine.   
   [4] Saved, fine.   
   [5] Closed SemPoint.   
   [6] Opened Apoint, and immediately received an error mentioning APAC10.dll     
   module.   
   [7] Listed messages in Apoint, but all messages were gone.
