   YES.  Totally annoying (but I guess one *could* get used to it).  Meanwhile,   
   try this hack:   
      
   [1] - Enter the keyboard combination Alt+Space Bar to open the system menu.   
       - Type the letter "r" (this will reduce the size of the window that is   
   apparently defined in the program, but you will probably want a larger window   
   than that, so..   
      
   [2] - Enter the keyboard combination Alt+Space Bar to open the system menu.   
       - Type the letter “s”   
       - A double-headed "cross" pointer will appear.   
       - To make the window larger/smaller, use the left/right and up/down arrow   
   keys to resize the window to your liking.   
       - Press “Enter” when done resizing.   
      
   With repeated use, we *may* get used to doing [1] and [2] fairly quickly.   
      
   Nevertheless, this one is a definite CON for "the List".
