   Yes it does but I've found one colour setting that doesn't "stick".     
   One by one, I changed the background colour of each window and they     
   all "stuck" apart from the message editor window. After changing it,     
   exiting the window and then going back, it had changed back to the     
   default background colour. I can repeat this over and over and over     
   again and my changes to the background colour never "stick".
