   SO SORRY EVERYONE for too many of these tests.  I had already stated in a   
   previous message that I would stop. But.. apparently, there was still the   
   consequences of all various "replies" that would add to the stream.   
      
   oxp *is* configured to use UTF-8.  But when I look at the kludges of the   
   completed message, I see IBM437 *before* the message is sent.   
      
   Further, oxp doesn't accept latvian chars.  I tried both Lucida and Consolas.    
   But both do not accept latvian. That's part of the problem. Swedish and   
   Finnish are fine.
