   That particular message can be caused by any one of a number of     
   things.

   In addition to the Netcall log, which may be viewed from the "Netcall"     
   folder, OpenXP creates a debug log(debuglog.txt) in its "home"     
   directory. This contains a wealth of information but quite a bit of it     
   is in German. However, every time OpenXP is started, debuglog.txt is     
   overwritten by a new one and if you need to investigate a problem, you     
   would need to copy the existing debuglog.txt to a temporary directory     
   *before* re-starting OpenXP. To inrease the debug logging level, start     
   OpenXP with the following commandline switch: /dl:default=50
