   Interestingly.. it seems to be the only one in those template/options that   
   fails.  I guess we could repurpose one of the other "Header" templates (such   
   as "Comment Header") and use that?    
      
   Have you tried creating a new Group of headers?  Maybe that will trigger a new   
   collection that works?
